Auto-Renewal & Card Disclosures

Last updated: June 25, 2026 · Provided to all U.S. subscribers in accordance with applicable federal and state automatic-renewal laws (including ROSCA, 15 U.S.C. §8403, and state statutes such as Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §17602, N.Y. Gen. Bus. Law §527-a, and similar laws in other states)

Automatic renewal terms

  • Charged immediately at checkout. Your selected Driver Pass cadence is billed to your card the moment you subscribe. There is no free trial and no deferred first charge.
  • Driver Pass — Monthly: $4.99/month. Your card is charged $4.99 today and every month thereafter at the then-current price unless cancelled.
  • Driver Pass — Annual: $29.99/year. Your card is charged $29.99 today and every 12 months thereafter at the then-current price unless cancelled.
  • Hosts: Listing a driveway and accepting bookings is completely free. There is no Host subscription, no per-booking fee, and no cap on bookings.
  • Cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing, by emailing support@repleoev.com, or via the Stripe billing portal we send you.
  • If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid billing period; no partial refunds.

No connection fees, no commissions

Repleo does not charge a per-connection fee, and does not take a commission or percentage of any charging payment. The subscription is the only fee Repleo collects.

Renewal reminders

Annual Driver Pass renewals receive a reminder email between 15 and 45 days before each renewal, in line with the strictest U.S. state automatic-renewal laws (for example California, New York, and Illinois). Each message includes the exact renewal date, the renewal price, and a one-click cancel link, regardless of which U.S. state or territory you live in.

No utility billing

The cost of electricity, any per-kWh rate, parking, taxes, or other amounts owed for a charging session are settled directly between Driver and Host, off-platform, using the Host's chosen payment handle (Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Repleo neither collects nor processes those payments.

Repleo strictly provides directory matching and scheduling services. Repleo is not responsible for any property damage, personal injury, financial dispute, electricity payment, taxes, fraud, theft, or any other off-platform transaction or interaction between users. See the full Terms of Service.

Profile & photo policy

Hosts must upload a real driveway photo and a real profile photo before a listing goes live. Drivers must upload a real profile photo and a photo of the vehicle being charged before requesting a connection. Driver photos and vehicle details are concealed behind a generic silhouette while a booking request is pending and are revealed to the Host the moment the Host accepts the booking.
